MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER, TELEVISION HOST & COWGIRL
Courtenay embraces her unique cowgirl roots and stands out in a world of cookie-cutter on-camera personalities. An expert storyteller, she shows that being a cowgirl isn’t about how you look or where you live — it’s a state of mind. She’s a strong agriculture advocate and executive producer/co-host of “Backroad Cowgirls,” highlighting the diverse faces of agriculture. A former pro rodeo athlete, she’s now a proud bucking bull mom — catch her bull Top Dollar on CBS Sports at PBR events.
Jena Ochsner
Farmer, Motivational Speaker & Podcaster
Jena Ochsner is a fifth-generation Nebraska farmer, entrepreneur, and speaker passionate about helping families build resilient, thriving farm businesses. Alongside her husband Levi, she raises corn, soybeans, and cattle while homeschooling their three boys and running a direct-to-consumer beef business. A former labor and delivery nurse, Jena has built multiple diversified income streams rooted in agriculture, co-founding Farm Wife Tallow and co-hosting the Beyond the Crops podcast.

Lexi Marek Beeler is a 6th-generation Iowa farm girl turned ag marketing entrepreneur. Through her business, LMB Consulting, and her rural women’s brand, Hey Sister, she empowers women in agriculture with strategy, storytelling, and inspiration. A passionate speaker and advocate, Lexi shares real-life lessons from small-town Iowa. She now lives back on her family farm with her husband, Charlie, and their two kids.

Jasper Oeltjen is a wife, mom, and cow-calf producer who believes one of agriculture’s greatest gifts is the people it brings into our lives. After years spent searching for women who understood farm life, she found the power of authentic community. Through honest stories and heartfelt encouragement, Jasper inspires women to trade comparison for connection and shows what’s possible when good women choose to show up for one another.

Red Ants Pants Creative Director & Podcaster
From the heart of the Nebraska Sandhills, Natalie Kovarik is a fourth-generation cattle rancher passionate about agricultural storytelling. She’s co-host of the top-ranked podcast Discover Ag and Head of Creative & Social at Red Ants Pants, a Montana-based women’s workwear company. Alongside her husband, Luke, she owns and operates Kovarik Cattle Co., a registered Angus cow-calf operation, helping connect producers and consumers and empowering fellow producers to share their stories.
