I have NEVER in my entire life tried a cheeseball. I have some type of preconceived notion about how it will taste so when at a holiday party, I always steer clear of the pasta salad and cheeseball table.

This summer my cousin, Beth, brought this ham roll up concoction to our family vacation, and feeling brave, I scooped one up and took a nibble. Oh, goodness, the deliciousness. I instantly asked the name and ingredients so I could whip these little rolls of joy up at home. Little did I know, this new recipe was a cheeseball spread on white flour tortillas, cut and served as a finger food. Ah-mazing.

Ingredients

2 Packages 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)

1 lb Ham (deli)

1 Tbsp Accent

1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

4 oz Shredded Cheese (I like American/Cheddar)

10in White Flour Tortillas

Chop ham. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well (I have to use my hands). Lay out tortilla and spread a thin layer of the cheeseball on the entire shell. Once spread, start at one side and roll the shell. Continue until you run out of cheeseball spread. Cover and place in the refrigerator until closer to serving time. Remove from refrigerator, cut into one inch slices and serve.

I promise your family, and your farmer, will love this little snack {or meal}.
